The first step in the estate sale process is to book a consultation with one of our Estate Sale Specialists. Once a consultation is scheduled, our Estate Sale Specialist will come to you and conduct an initial walk-through of the property. We will discuss your expectations, answer your questions, and explain how we can help. You will be provided with the contact information for your very own personal Estate Sale Specialist. Research and Pricing
It is important to remember that setting up an estate sale is no small feat. Our Staging Team and our Pricing Team work together efficiently to make the most of the time that we have to set up your sale. Soon after an area is staged, a member of our Pricing Team will research and price the item. Our Pricing Associates use up-to-date sales history to fairly price your items.
Contract and Scheduling
The Estate Sale Specialist will provide an estimate and explain the details of the contract. We will hard schedule dates for your estate sale and discuss the amount of time we will need to set your sale up for success. After the contract is signed and timeframes have been established, the Easy PZ team gets to work! Now all you have to do is sit back, relax, and let us get to work. Easy PZ.
Marketing and Promotion
During and after the staging process, our Sales Associates photograph each item. We list your sale on estatesales.net where we are featured as a gold member. Our advertising strategy includes promotion through social media as well as announcements to our list of reliable buyers.
Organization and Staging
Here at Easy PZ Estate Sales, we believe the little things make a difference. Our Staging Team goes room by room sorting and cleaning the items that will be featured for sale. We organize and stage available space to create a “boutique-like” environment. Each room is well lit and features soothing music to enhance the shopping experience.
The Estate Sale
Many communities require have restrictions on estate sales such as licensing or permit requirements. Easy PZ Estate Sales takes care of all of that for you. Typically, Easy PZ Estate Sales days are three to four days. These usually run from Thursday through Sunday. On the last two days of the sale, we will discount items accordingly. Our sales are securely managed and staffed. Everyone is welcome to our sales, and we make it a priority to greet everyone who steps through the door. Easy PZ Estate Sales accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. Most importantly, we pledge to work our tails off to sell everything with a tag on it!
